The Torqeedo Travel XS S delivers clean, quiet electric propulsion in a compact and highly portable format. Designed for 15 inch transoms, it provides thrust comparable to a 2 HP gas outboard while eliminating fuel handling, exhaust emissions, and engine vibration. Its 44V lithium battery integrates seamlessly using Click and Play connectivity, making setup fast and intuitive. Ideal for inflatable boats, yacht tenders, and electric-only lakes throughout Canada.
Electric propulsion delivers immediate torque response without throttle lag. Unlike carbureted gas outboards, power delivery is smooth and linear across the throttle range.
Key advantages include:
• Instant torque at low RPM
• Reduced vibration
• Low acoustic output
• No cold start issues
• No fuel mixing or carburetor maintenance
The 10 x 6.5 WDL weedless propeller improves performance in shallow or lightly vegetated environments.
Tested on a YAM 275 Air.

Best suited for lightweight inflatables and tenders up to 10 ft under typical recreational loads.
The integrated Battery Management System protects internal cells by regulating output under heavy load or high temperature conditions. Temporary power limiting may occur to protect battery health. Operating within moderate throttle ranges improves efficiency and maximizes service life.
