Where do you ship from, and how fast?
We ship from Kelowna, BC within 1 to 2 business days for in-stock items. Delivery takes 1 to 3 business days in BC, 2 to 4 in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba, and 4 to 7 to Ontario and east. Pre-order items show their arrival date on the product page.
Is shipping free?
Free shipping across Canada on orders over $100. A few items, like rigid paddleboards, are excluded, and the product page will say so. Shipping policy
What if it is not right for me?
You get our 60 Day Rider's Guarantee: 60 days from delivery to decide, and unused returns get a full refund. Order before May 1, 2027 and your 60 days start May 1. How returns work
What warranty do I get?
Our inflatable docks have a 3-year warranty on the dock body, seams and valves. Rover Marine Battle Boats and Battle Cats have 5 years on the hull, 3 years on the tubes and seams, and 1 year on boat accessories. Warranty claims are repaired or replaced. Warranty details
Do I need a licence for an inflatable boat?
If your motor is 10 hp (7.5 kW) or more, the boat needs a Pleasure Craft Licence. Whatever the motor, electric included, the person driving needs proof of competency, like a Pleasure Craft Operator Card.
Can I pick up my order in Kelowna?
Yes. There is no storefront, but you can pick up at our Kelowna warehouse by appointment. Call 1-800-399-5260 or email info@canadianboardco.com to set it up.
