FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 1 - 2 business days. Flat rate shipping fee of $20 applies to orders under $100.

​​DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

*We ship anywhere in Canada. However if your order shipping fee exceeds $100 carrier cost, we can no longer cover the shipping at zero cost. This scenario occurs in very rural areas of Canada. In this case we cover the first $100 on your order, and will reach out to you to cover the rest!

**Rigid boards do not ship free. We do custom shipping on rigids Canada wide. Pricing varies from $100 - $400. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping worldwide. All rates are custom depending on the country.

We do offer free shipping to MOST US states.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Canadian Board Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. If we are aware of these charges, we will always inform you before sending the item.

REFUNDS RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 60 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order. This applies to Canada only. All international customers must pay return shipping.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@canadianboardco.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

This Fee goes to Route to cover any potential claims. If you do need to make a claim, you will have to process the claim through Route. However, you can always reach out to our team for any help with this process.
