Our Canadian 60 Day Promise is simple.....
We offer our riders a 60 day guarantee, what this means is if you purchase a board, take it our for a ride, and don't LOVE your board. You will receive a refund! Sounds great and all, but I am sure your wondering what the process looks like. So here's the not so fine fine print:
- First you contact our team to begin the claim. We will happily talk through the process to ensure you are still stoked, even though you weren't stoked on the board.
- You then cover shipping back to our warehouse, which can range from $40 to $60 (we ship for free and cant afford to offer the guarantee and free shipping everywhere!). If we inspect the board and there is not damage, we will process a full refund. If we notice damage to the board, it is up to our team to determine the cost to repair/replace.
- We will always be honest and transparent through these times, and ensure you are in the know the WHOLE time!
- Your refund will be processed onto the same card you made your purchase!
