I had been coveting this board for OVER a year. I made all the excuses as to why I did not "need it" - but I caved on the first leg of an RV trip...seeing as I have to much access to water throughout the trip.
First of all, let me say THANK YOU to customer service. I have nothing but good things to say. I shipped the board to one of our stops along the way and was given the incorrect address. The board was not delivered due to this, and I got in touch with Customer Service, who updated the address for me directly and was so reassuring.
In addition, I also ordered the wrong colour at first, and noticed a day or so after placing the order. They changed it for the one I wanted with NO issues at all.
As for the board, well - it is exactly what I wanted it to be and more. The artwork is absolutely stunning, the construction is amazing, and the carrying bag actually has enough room that I don't have to "fold it perfectly" to fit.
I have already taken it out about half a dozen times (and I've had it for a little over a week).
Inflation by hand is a great workout (I knew that would be a thing), but once it's inflated - I just left it outside under the RV in the shade and was able to grab it and go to the water whenever I wanted. Woohoo!
HIGHLY recommend this brand, this product, and this COMPANY. Happy Canadian business owner supporting another Canadian business.
