How long is your shipping?
Shipping takes just 2-5 business days to arrive once it leaves our warehouse anywhere in Canada!
Where do you ship to?
As long as you have a postal code, we can ship your order to you!
How much is shipping?
We feel if you are supporting a Canadian business, why should you have to pay for shipping so we made it free! Free shipping is included with all orders!
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, and it is within 60 days of your date of purchase (applicable to pre-orders), then we can happily edit your shipping address. Just reach out to our team at email@example.com
What does the ship date mean?
As we are working with global partners to manufacture products for the brands we carry, we lean on shipping partners world wide. Due to the large increase in demand for recreation products, and major delays at ports, and shipping channels, we cannot guarantee any ship dates! We look at the as an estimated ship date, and will try our hardest to ensure your order ships by then!

Wondering about Pre-Orders?
Why do you only have pre-orders right now?
Pre-orders are our way to guarantee you'll receive your board as soon as possible at a great price. In exchange for paying up front for a delayed board delivery, we are offering exclusive pricing on all boards that are currently out of stock.
All boards and docks on pre-order are currently sold out. We have regular shipments arriving and leaving, however these are only for pre-orders and until we are able to catch up to the demand, new orders are only available for pre-order.
How do I know when a pre-order will arrive?
Our suppliers provide timelines that account for shipping, manufacturing and delivery to us. These dates are listed in orange bubbles on the product description pages of each pre-order product. The dates may vary between products depending on the different demand for them. We can't guarantee these dates in case there are changes to them outside of our control, but on the upside we are always making efforts to improve on these dates and deliver sooner!
The date shown in the orange bubble is the date the order will leave from our warehouse. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (included for free with every order). Current shipping times may vary, but they are within 2-5 business days anywhere in Canada.

Why are your prices so low compared to competitors!
Essentially we can cut out the middle man and give you the best prices. Instead of taking the extra slice of the pie, we pass along the savings to you! Rest assured, we never compromise on quality and back every board we currently sell with an awesome 3 year warranty!
How many PSI do I inflate your boards to?
All boards we currently supply are designed to be inflated to 15 PSI.
How long does it take to inflate a board?
There are a lot of factors that can influence how long it takes, from your fitness level, the size of your board, to if you're using a hand pump or electric pump. With a hand pump, approximately 10-15 minutes or less. With our electric pump, it should take you less than 4-5 minutes.
Do your paddles float?
The paddles are 3 piece aluminum paddles designed to be lightweight and collapsible. The tradeoff is that they do not float. They will stay on the surface of the water for a short period of time while water fills into the paddle through any small joints and it will begin to very slowly sink. A lifehack to save your paddle if you are worried about it is to cut a small section of poodle noodle and slip it around the middle of the paddle!
Do you supply Kayak style seats for your boards?
Our El Capitan and Yacht Hoppers are designed with 4 metal D-ring attachment points for converting the board into a Kayak, however we do not offer any Kayak seats currently. The attachment points are universal and the most standard kayak seats are easily added or removed.
What does my board include?
Everything you could need is included. The board (of course), a durable roller backpack for the board, a collapsible 3 piece aluminum paddle, leash, hand pump and a repair kit.
Can I use my board in the ocean?
Definitely! They are in fact designed and tested off the coast of California in the Pacific Ocean so there are no issues with using them in the ocean. Just give them a quick rinse in fresh water before storing and deflating!
Do you only sell inflatable paddleboards?
We only supply inflatable paddleboards for the time being. Check back as this might change in the future!
How big is the board deflated?
Our boards are all designed to fit inside our durable roller backpack measuring 39" x 10" x 15".
What are the pros and cons of an Inflatable vs. a Rigid Paddleboard?
Although there are many reasons to choose one or another, we believe that the benefits of an inflatable paddleboard generally outweighs the benefits of a rigid board.
- Storage! An 11' inflatable board will collapse into our roller backpack that can fit in the base of a compact car. It's only 39" x 10" x 15"!
- Cost! You'll save enormous amounts of money going with an inflatable board!
- Durability! A ding or scratch to a rigid can turn into an expensive and costly fibreglass or carbon fibre repair, normally needed to be carried out by a professional. Inflatables are very durable and tough, easily withstand typical scratches or dings, and in a worst case scenario can be simply repaired without any experience!
- Performance! Unless you are after the Lamborghinis of paddleboards, an inflatable paddleboard will have an extremely comparable performance to a rigid board!

When does your exchange policy start?
Our 60 Day Rider Guarantee begins once your board is delivered. If you are unsatisfied with your board, just let our team know at firstname.lastname@example.org. You are responsible for shipping the board kit back to us so we recommend keeping the original box. We will pay for shipping the different board to you.
Why haven't returned me message?
